I haven't noticed this problem yet, unfortunately I have not spent much time with the tv and soundbar lately, I am in Chicago and the soundbar is in a rented condo in Jupiter, Florida....I will be spending more time with it after the season and will be better able to assess the situation then. Thank you for giving me a heads up, will be very disappointed if low volume is problem. Good luck, with getting that situation resolved.....
