“Installed this sound bar to work with my Sony Bravia 4K TV that I purchased late in 2016. Everything works great except it seems I did something setting in this up so now I cannot get Netflix. I got it before and other internet programming works. Help?”

this sound bar will not work if the content is 4k format. not a lot of stuff is 4k yet.
