“I bought a Samsung sound bar the subwoofer isn't really putting out any volume. the blue light on and steady. I have the bass volume at 6. When I try and turn up the subwoofer it will go up but then resets back to zero. You can hear faint sound.”

• Recheck basics. My SW does not reset to zero from 6 unless I turn it back,. When the bass kicks in it shakes the room.

• I am happy with mine. It just doesn't have an over powering sound so when you listen to a movie or music it's crystal clear. I agree the subwoofer does not a booming sound but I believe it is just right.
