“I bought a Samsung sound bar the subwoofer isn't really putting out any volume. the blue light on and steady. I have the bass volume at 6. When I try and turn up the subwoofer it will go up but then resets back to zero. You can hear faint sound.”

Recheck basics. My SW does not reset to zero from 6 unless I turn it back,. When the bass kicks in it shakes the room.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am happy with mine. It just doesn't have an over powering sound so when you listen to a movie or music it's crystal clear. I agree the subwoofer does not a booming sound but I believe it is just right.
