“Every time I turn on my Samsung TV it defaults to sound from TV Speaker instead of from my Samsung M550 Soundbar. I reset the settings, yet it continues to do this.”

• On the tv in the audio section turn off tv speakers and turn on audio out if it has it as an option

• Unfortunately, there are multiple possibilities. 1) Reset what settings? 2) How is the soundbar connected to the TV? 3) Since you have a Samsung TV, maybe TV remote affects soundbar. 4) TV reverts to another default setting each time turned on. 5) and surely many others. Good Luck

• I unplugged everything tv,satellite box and sound bar. Seemed to help .
