“Every time I turn on my Samsung TV it defaults to sound from TV Speaker instead of from my Samsung M550 Soundbar. I reset the settings, yet it continues to do this.”

On the tv in the audio section turn off tv speakers and turn on audio out if it has it as an option

Please try again later.Unfortunately, there are multiple possibilities. 1) Reset what settings? 2) How is the soundbar connected to the TV? 3) Since you have a Samsung TV, maybe TV remote affects soundbar. 4) TV reverts to another default setting each time turned on. 5) and surely many others.
