QuestionI purchased the wireless rear speakers and 3 months later they stopped working. The wireless receiver no longer powers on. Was never touched after it was installed. fear the circuit board shorted out. Not worth $100 to break without even being touched.

QuestionHave samsung 3.1 sound bar with wireless rear speakers , very little sound from rear speakers and that is only background sounds no dialog... I wanted to be able to hear the dialog better across the room not more background noises. What can I do?

- Answer What you're experiencing is "surround sound". The speakers are playing the sound effects that would come behind you if you were experiencing the TV show or movie as an audience member. What you want is All-Stereo mode. If the surround receiver has this type of mode, it will turn the rear surround sound speakers into right/left like the front.

QuestionI have a Samsung tv UN65MU8500 and a 3.1 channel soundbar Trying to connect using Blue tooth and all I get is a blinking Blue light on the subwoofer I've tried everything I am supposed to do and it keeps blinking and will not connect .

QuestionMy set-top box with hdmi connected to the HW-M550/SWA 8500S/XN. The HW-M550 connected to hdmi-arc on the UE40JU6400. The UBD-M8500 is HDMI connected to UE40JU6400. What is the best setting of the HW-M550, maybe surround OFF and sound mode MOVIE?

QuestionWe purchased subwoofer & sound bar from you. Samsung # HW-M550. There are no power cords. We went back to Vestal, NY where we purchased it, no help. Told us to look online. Disappointed at lack of support. Bought a cord online, does not fit. Please help.
