QuestionI own a Samsung q7 65 inch and this sound bar I have it set to pcm to eliminate the lip sync issue. I want to fine tune it more. What audio delay ms would you recommend?

QuestionHow do i sync the subwoofer to soundbar

- Answer I used it for my tv. An LG. I plugged the subwoofer in first. I then plugged in the bar. Then I hooked up the bar to my tv using the optical cable provided. After choosing the correct input for the bar ( I think it was dn1) it paired automatically. I have not used it for anything other than my tv. Hope that helps.

QuestionThis soundbar decodes Dolby Digital-5.1 and DTS-2.0. How do we know, will the front LED displays when it decodes DD or DTS? Will DTS-2.0 can be upgrade to DTS-5.1 when we hook up the Surround Speaker Kit SW-8000s?

- Answer It’s True no sound from the sub woofer while watching regular Tv even on M TV Rock channel . How ever when it’s put in Bluetooth mode and you stream a music video song it comes on and sounds great . Not sure why it’s doing This Help !

QuestionHello, I just purchased Samsung HW-M550 yesterday.I cant get video to pass through HDMI ARC to TV. I have switched cables going from the soundbar to Tv. I tested the line going into the bar by plugging it in to another HDMI port, got signal there. Help!

QuestionWhy would the sound bar turn itself back on after being off for several hours? The TV itself is off but the sound will be coming through the sound bar. We have the cable hooked up through the cable box. Thank you

- Answer That all depends on your TV options/capabilities. My LG 6300 series TV has the option to Output to the Soundbar ONLY, TV ONLY or BOTH. If you have a newer TV, I’m sure it’s an option in your Sound Settings Hope that helps...

QuestionHow is the ability to hear low volume conversations with this sound bar. I have a samsung UHD tv and a couple of channels seems to have very low sound on some programs but not on the commercials. Not so on my other TV. Could it be a TV problem??

- Answer I haven't noticed this problem yet, unfortunately I have not spent much time with the tv and soundbar lately, I am in Chicago and the soundbar is in a rented condo in Jupiter, Florida....I will be spending more time with it after the season and will be better able to assess the situation then. Thank you for giving me a heads up, will be very disappointed if low volume is problem. Good luck, with getting that situation resolved.....
