“I set up my new HW-K550 system. I've auto-linked & manually linked the subwoofer many times. I've cycled the power. I've unplugged anything else that may be transmitting 2.4 GHz frequencies to block the signal. Still no bass from the subwoofer. Pls HELP!”

• Check the volume and gain knobs on the back.

• Try increasing the Subwoofer setting not the Bass setting. This is what worked for me
