- Answer Hi Chris, No, there is no option to turn off the fans or turn the appliance into a regular baking oven. However, it does have a regular baking mode and a steam bake mode if needed. Please see page 34 under the "Basic baking and broiling instructions" and page 35 under the "Steam Bake, Steam Roast" sections of the manual. QuestionThis is a follow up to 2 other questions I've posted here. If this oven does not have a rapid preheat function then why do the specs for this oven on this website say that it has rapid preheat? This was a primary reason I bought the oven.

Please see the "Cooking mode" section on page 27 and "Operating the oven" on pages 28-30 of the user's manual to help you set the oven.
