QuestionOnce the hanging microwave oven over the range is pulled out, it will show some missing backsplash, I have to fill them in. Is it best to put the tiles before installing this rangehood? Are you going to drill holes on the wall?

- Answer Great question bert! While this hood does have multiple fan settings, there is only one light setting. Tapping the button labeled "Light" will only toggle between the light being on and off. ^Jecca

- Answer Have the same exact problem. Total garbage answers from the Samsung people. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! The hood does not have wifi and can NOT connect to my samsung gas range, which was the reason we bought it, so the fumes would be exhausted outside.
