The micro had 4 dents in it when delivered, the dishwasher runs for hours and still does not clean the dishes, now after boiling one hotdog there is a ring around the eye of the stove. I know the smooth top is black, but come on after on use of the stove it's a ring around the eye. It looks horrible. Is this normal? I am planning on returning this range if this is the case. Actually, I am planning on returning all for of the products including the LED fridge that keep reverting back to the factory setting temps. I spent a fortune on these products and am not very happy.”

I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues. Regarding the dented microwave, please contact 888-BEST BUY or your local Best Buy appliance team for assistance with this delivery issue. Regarding the dishwasher, I would suggest you refer to the cycle chart in the back of the user manual for the estimated cycle times which can run from 59 to 157 minutes depending on which cycle is selected (these estimates may vary from your model, but you didn't specify which model you purchased so I'm unable to be more specific). In addition, please note that cycle times may vary depending on incoming water temperature and pressure, and which options are selected. Factors that can effect the dishwasher's performance also include the temperature of the incoming water (Samsung recommends setting your hot water heater at 120˚F), and your home's water pressure (which should be between 20 and 120 psi). The user manual and Samsung's online troubleshooting guide can help you ensure the nozzles are not clogged, detergent is dispensing properly, and the dishwasher is loaded in such a way as to enable proper cleaning, all of which can effect the performance. The FE710 user manual also contains some very helpful information with regard to preventing discoloration of the ceramic cooktop since the most common cause is the use of cookware that is not recommended. If your refrigerator is reverting to the demo mode, as indicated by the letters "OF" on the display, this can be easily remedied by following the instructions in the user manual for activating/deactivating "Cooling Off" mode; the buttons to press for this mode vary by model, and since you didn't specify which model you have I'm unable to be more specific. I can tell you that Samsung recommends setting the refrigerator and freezer temperatures at 38ºF and -2ºF, respectively. Once you set the temperature, the display will show it, then will blink and display the actual temperature until the set temperature is reached. (The display may shut off during this time to save power, but the cooling system should continue to operate as needed to achieve the set temperature.) However, if the Cooling Off mode is deactivated and your refrigerator does not cool to your desired temperature within 24 hours, it may require service.
