There are a lot of people who are comfortable doing this. You need 2 hot wires (usually black and red) going to the range along with a Neutral wire (usually) white. You should also have a ground (green).

A:AnswerThe alum half sheet baking sheets will not fit 2 to a rack, but there are 2 racks, and you can cook 2 at a time that way. The oven is very accurate, and usually there is no problem using 2 different levels.
A:AnswerThe silver flecks you see are coming from the pots and pans that you are using on the stove. They are melting from the metal and depositing on the cooktop. This is my biggest complaint about this stove, it gets too hot. You will need the white stove top cleaner and a lot of elbow grease. I have also started using a sponge scrubby with the cleaner. I have to do mine all the time.
