Thanks for your interest. There are a couple of functional differences between the FX510BGS and the NX583G0VBSR. While both models feature a 17000 BTU right front power burner, the FX510 has a higher overall BTU rating due to the more powerful left front burner (15000 vs. 12000 BTU), and this model's convection options include both Convection Bake and Convection Roast. The NX583 offers Convection Bake, which includes the automatic temperature conversion feature (which can be turned on or off), but it does not have a Convection Roast option. In addition, the FX510 is available only in real stainless steel, while the NX583 has three color options: black, white and stainless. - Ms. Samsung
