The gas connection is located on the lower left rear area of the NX583G0VBSR (when facing the front of the range), and is recessed. I've attached a diagram indicating the recommended locations of the gas and electric connections from the Installation Manual. I would suggest referring to the manual, which can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website, for additional information. - Ms. Samsung
