From everything I have read - the FX510BGS is described as "Fan Convection" and the FX710BGS is described as "True Convection"? I am interested in purchasing one of these units and just want to understand the difference between the two.”

710 has a heating element making this allegedly a "true" convection, 510 has no heating element just fan. See reviews about poor oven temperature before buying this range.

The FX710BGS has True Convection, which means there is a heating element around the fan to provide an additional source of heat to be circulated by the convection fan. - Ms. Samsung
