Sue, thank you for informing us that your steam bake or roast releases no steam. We are here to help. We recommend checking that the water reservoir is latched correctly if steam is not released. You can also adjust the steam to (LO, MED, and High) Please see page 29 under the "Steam baking and roasting" section of the manual for more details.
