“The display shown OFF for both sides of the refrigerator The display shows OFF and it is nos cooling inside. I pushes freeze on the display and shown -6 but a few seconds later it goes back to OFF. The same for the upper and lower part of the refrigerator. Before it was working great. What shall I do?”

If the letters OF show in the RF323TEDBSR display, this indicates cooling off mode (also known as Demo or Display mode) has been activated. To turn this mode of, press the Energy Saver + Freezer buttons until a chime sounds (about 5 seconds). Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung
