“How do I remove the ice bucket? The in-door ice dispenser is not working however I can't tell if the ice machine is producing ice because I can't get the ice bucket out. I have pushed the button on the right top of ice bucket however it won't come out.”

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty with your RF323TEDBSR. In addition to pressing the button on the side of the bucket to remove it, be sure to also lift it up a bit while pulling it out.
