I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your RF323TEDBSR. Please check the water filter to make sure it's installed correctly. If it was removed/replaced recently, try dispensing 5-6 gallons to ensure there is no air in the lines which can cause dripping. In addition, make sure the left door is sealing properly and the flap leading to the ice chute from the ice maker is able to close to prevent warm air from melting the ice and causing it to drip into the dispenser area. If the problem persists, I would suggest calling 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether service will be necessary. - Ms. Samsung
