• We had this initially. I E had the installer come out & adjust the door, tighten the screws on the handle & that resolved it.

• Popping and cracking sounds are not unusual, especially in the freezer, and are a result of temperature fluctuations causing the plastics and water lines to expand and contract. - Ms. Samsung
