For example, if this is the first time you're opening the drawer, is it possible some of the packaging tape is still in place on the left side of the drawer? If you've already opened the drawer to place items inside, is it possible some of those items are blocking the door from opening? If the issue is indeed with the freezer or drawer itself, then I would suggest having the service technician assess it for you to avoid damage to the freezer. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
