“Samsung RF323TEDBSR/AA The humming noise is way too loud. I think I measured at around 80 db using a sound meter. May need to return it / exchange it if this is the normal sound level for this model. Also, curious if anyone is having any issues with the water dispenser pressure being too high. Mine is; every time I use the dispenser for water, it ends up splashing everywhere and making a mess. An awesome frig like this should not have such problem. Is there a way to adjust the water pressure? If not, I suggest Samsung modifies the nozzle to aerate the water so that it does not come out at the speed of light! Thanx.”

On the water pressure, I am not aware of any adjustment within the refrigerator, but most connection points to the house plumbing include a valve. In our past refrigerator, we had to close the valve a turn or so to reduce the flow slightly. It may take a few attempts to find the sweet spot.

Using a flat head screwdriver inserted in the grooves, rotate the legs until the fridge is level side to side, as indicated by a carpenter's level placed on a shelf inside the unit. If this does not help to resolve the issue, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further. Regarding the pressure of the water from the dispenser, please make sure your home's water pressure is within the recommended 20-125psi.
