Thanks for the question. There are a number of factors that can affect the Refrigerator's ability to make and dispense ice, including temperature, water pressure, and control panel settings. Please make sure the incoming water valve is turned on, your water filter is fresh (unclogged), both the Refrigerator and Freezer are set to the recommended temperatures, and the ice maker is turned on. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The first batch got stuck. I removed the door, dumped the ice and let it run again. That fixed it. It also started to format the cubes properly after that.
