There should have been a white knob / plug that came with the fridge. Replace the filter with that and you shouldn't have an issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's fine to remove the filter from the RF323TEDBSR as long as you have an external filtration system, such as your RO system, in place. Simply remove the filter cartridge by following the instructions in the User Manual. If you have any difficulty removing the cartridge, it may help to turn off the water supply at the valve to alleviate pressure in the lines. It may also be necessary to bleed air from the lines by dispensing a few gallons of water if you find that the dispenser is dripping or water does not flow evenly.
