I ordered this model for the reason it had dual icemakers But I log on the Samsung's website and it does not show to be a dual ice maker model”

• Not sure if they are a dual icemaker system but the ice maker provides ice and water through the door and fill an ice bin in the top shelf of the freezer

• Yes, the RF323TEDBSR does have the Dual Ice feature, with the Ice Master ice maker in the refrigerator that supplies ice through the dispenser in the door, as well as a second ice maker in the freezer compartment. While the second ice maker is not the focus of attention on Samsung's website given the many other features this model offers, it is mentioned under the freezer's list of specifications.
