• TV comes with Amazon inside already. It says-Amazon Prime instant video-sign in with Amazon account and start watching.

• I have been using the tv with my prime account. Only irritation is the remote is sometimes slow to respond, but otherwise, as long as you have reasonable Internet you will be fine.
