- Answer Use an HDMI cable if you are using an HD device like an HD cable set-top box or Blu Ray player. If you're using an HD antenna for local channels, you would plug that in directly to the antenna/RF port on the TV and then tune the channels on TV.

- Answer Antennas are not really tied to TV models. All you need is an ATSC HD antenna. All new digital TV's sold in the US support ATSC (the digital TV transmission format). You might want to try something like Mohu leaf, or any of the several HD antennas available in store, and see which ones work best for you. At the end, results will vary depending on your location from TV tower and the quality of antenna, not the TV.

- Answer It depends on the acoustics of your flat. You can hear everything from the hallway of my building, but I've found you can't hear the TV until you open the door, when the sound suddenly blasts out.

QuestionDoes this TV connect to the Samsung Soundbar HW-H550?I have this TV and the samsung soundbar HW-H550 and i cannot get the tv sound to come through the soundbar using an HDMI cable. the HDMI cable is new. Is there a special setting I need to use on the TV? and I've tried all the settings on the Soundbar and nothing comes through! Does the TV not support the soundbar? Or vice versa? HELP! :)

- Answer Yes and no! I tried 2 portable hard drives. An old 500 MB drive would not work, however a newer 1 TB drive does work. The TV is somewhat finicky about file formats. MP4 and AVI will both play but sometimes it will not even show a file in the menu list???

- Answer yes, it has 'p size' button on the remote but this tv seems to adjust automatically as I don't find myself having to switch the screen to adjust for old and new movies like my old tv
