• This tv does not have a standard computer video input (vga). But if your computer has an hdmi port you could use it as a monitor. Most laptops now a days will have hdmi out.

• As long as you have the right video output connections on your computer it will work fine. Most new PCs have HDMI and that will work great. If you are using a mac, you will need to get an adapter.

• No, it is not a computer monitor. I bought a PC monitor with TV connections almost 2 years ago. Also Samsung and it was the one I replaced in my bedroom with the new smart TV. You can find those in the computer section of a store and they come in good screen sizes. You will need a monitor cable with two male ends to connect you PC to those TV/Monitors.
