• The television does have the skype program but you have to buy the camera kit.

• you need a smart phone or pc for skype. tv's are for high quality video. no you cant skype with this tv

• No, you can't unless you are adding a compatible webcam. The 46 inch samsung 8 series that has 3D does have a built in camera. I have not seen a 32 inch with a built in cam.
