• If you have a teather, or hot spot on it. I have a Samsung Galaxy which has both. The TV does WiFi not bluetooth. But I find the picture excellent when I use it.

• I have both versions of the Samsung Smart TV app on my phone. Neither one will allow me to control the TV. It looks like it's only capable of displaying media on the TV but I haven't been able to get that to display anything as of yet.
