On your remote control click on "Smart Hub" button then go to "featured" then choose "samsung apps" this will take you to the apps menu and you should be able to browse and add apps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There should be a button near the center of the remote that says "smart hub" click that and it should open the menu at the bottom. It has a few apps pre downloaded (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc) and you can download more. You will have to be connected to wireless or wired Internet to access these apps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.connect to the internet and run thru the set up. Best result is to hardwire (CAT6 cable) into the back of the TV from your router. Once you run this in, the set up will guide you thru the setup and you should be able to use the remote to see the selections of SMART options
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to connect to my WiFi to enable the smart functions. During the initial set up the tv noted that I hadn't WiFied it therefore the smart functions would not work. Once I enabled WiFi with my password the smart functions worked.
