• It must be connected to something that is supplying 108P broadcasting. Talk to your cable company or make sure you select an HD channel. They are not all HD.

• Because you are not using anything connected that support 1080p services. It automatically switches if you are using a PS4 or HD 1080p compatible cable or video services.
