“What is the recommended sound bar. TV is in the kitchen”

• I just got back from Best Buy and it looks like only an expensive soundbar with optical input would work because there is no headphone jack. And, a separate remote would be required to control the volume of the soundbar, unless one is lucky enough to figure out how to reprogram one of the remotes to do everything.
