“I plan on using this as a computer monitor. It will be connected to a 2019 HP computer via an HDMI cable. What settings on the TV do I have to make in order to operate it as a computer monitor? Also needed adjustments to the computer (if you know).”

As Monitor will work fine, Three HDMI inputs. Because of high resolution and all shades of colors make it really great, use a digital antenna, tv reception is excellent, additionally you can stream via internet, youtube, netflix and more. It's really all in one.
