• Not preinstalled. You can however download Xfinity Stream Beta. Haven't tried that out yet.

• The Xfinity App is available on this TV. It does not come pre-installed like Netflix or Amazon Prime. You have to go to Samsung Apps and search for "Xfinity". The Xfinity Streaming App will appear in the search results. Install it and you are good to go. I just installed the app and works like a charm.
