Hhhhhmmmmm can’t say I’ve experienced the same thing on my tv but in all fairness I just stream with it in my situation I don’t have to access the cable vision thing sorry I’m no help but I would recommend trying to see if there are any software updates to download for it and if so see if maybe that might stabilize the problem if not this tv can be remotely diagnosed viz the internet by Samsung techs I’d explore that option too=/
