Mercy, this seems to be happening to other people to. This is a recent purchase for me so it may become a problem for me. I know it must have a one year warranty so do the following: Call Best Buy First Next Look for Warranty phone number in the TV booklet-w/tv This will not help you now I know, but as a constant buyer of TV and tec products, I have a policy of my own: TV, computer and other significant products, an extended Warranty is a smart add-on & really not that expensive. Consider that also in the future. But always follow up when there is a problem -patience works.
