Yes, you can. I use a Roku streaming device with my Samsung television. I connect it through one of the HDMI ports. I will say that if you use the Roku to view only the major streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc., you really don’t need the Roku with this television, as it already is set up for these services.

Usually a Roku is connected thru the HDMI port in which case yes you can . You will need WIFI internet service to use the Roku.
