“Not sure if my first question went through, have owned physically since May 7th (online order/store pick up). Picture and audio is perfect but there's a high pitch sound that happens at random and lasts a few seconds. Is there a was to fix this?”

I don’t have that problem but I think it needs addressed. Call Geek Squad for that question. I don’t think that should be happening.
