This TV does have optical output. If it says otherwise in the specification section, then that's wrong. You should be able to pair the device through Bluetooth, then if you go to the settings and enable Anynet+ you should be able to control the sound to the sound bar with the TV's remote control, but I cannot guarantee that this will work.
