• Yes, this is the pro version, the read and write speed are faster. It is also more reliable and give you longer warranty, if I'm not mistaken. However, if you only use the card to save app, photo and music, I don't think you need to go for the pro version. Just the 32G EVO is good enough. If you are recording HD videos, then you should consider the pro version. It gives you better performance.

• The write speeds are 80-90mb/sec. Best bang for the buck.

• I own a 64GB evo card and it's no faster or slower during reading or writing. I would definitely suggest this card over the evo anyday. The price is much better with equal performance, the only actual difference is the name Evo. It is an easy choice for me.

• Even though the difference is very minor or almost not noticeable in cell phone or tablet un less you really put it thru stress, but EVO is better if you asked because it has higher random sequential read-write speed.
