A:AnswerHi EsiKey! The only time the door alarm should be heard is if the door is not properly sealed shut. Since you have already confirmed the doors on your refrigerator are shut and sealed, we would like to speak with you directly. Please reference ticket number 1143513543, and contact us through Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport; or Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi there! We'd like to help with this. The ice maker is designed to make cubes in a half moon shape. Though, because ice can be brittle at times, it is possible for the ice cubes to break apart when being dumped into the ice bucket. ^Jecca
A:AnswerGreat question, Jona215! This model does not have an internal water filter. Though, if you prefer, the user manual (https://bit.ly/3hYT5Xu) does provide instructions on how to install an external water filter beginning on page 22. ^Jecca
A:AnswerAsk the Geek Squad at your Best Buy store. I had them do the installation. It was relatively inexpensive (around $125.00). They took the old refrigerator and installed the new one in under an hour.
A:AnswerIt has rollers so it moves pretty easily, and also adjustable front feet to keep it in place and keep it angled back slightly. (Angling prevents tipping forward, helps doors close on their own, contains spills.) If you want to move it, you have to raise the front feet (turn to the right) until they're no longer in contact with the floor. Then it's just resting on the rollers. But when you move it, be super careful not to tip it forward. The doors could swing open and hit you, and if you really lose control, the thing could fall on you.
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, fox5live! According to pages 22 and 23 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3fh1hPQ) this model does not come with a water filter, but one can be installed if purchased separately. It also states that a water filter kit can be purchased through a local hardware store. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Lulu! There are 3 versions of this model. RT21M6215SR is the stainless steel version; RT21M6215SG is a black stainless steel version; and RT21M6215WW is a white version. ^Jecca
A:AnswerYou sure can! Here's a link to the user manual for this model: https://bit.ly/2PUwNdY. Beginning on page 36, you can find step by step instructions on how to reverse the door swing. ^Jecca
A:AnswerGreat question, U2rGood! This link (https://bit.ly/3tXRfco) has all you need to know about how and when to adjust the humidity controls on the crisper drawers. ^Jecca
A:AnswerExcellent question, Middleton! If you turn the freezer section to fridge mode or off mode, the ice maker will automatically pause ice production. Samsung also recommends emptying the ice bucket before taking the freezer out of freezer mode. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, Dave! The top section (freezer) is actually a convertible zone. This means, you can use the freezer as a freezer only, set the entire refrigerator, including the freezer to Fridge mode, or turn off the freezer completely to use as storage space. Page 31 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3l1Jr5X) has more details about the "freezer convert" option. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Amd! The ice maker is built directly into the refrigerator and cannot be removed. However, you can turn the ice maker off if you do not wish to use it. ^Jecca
A:AnswerIt sure can, Adar! Page 31 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3iVcebq) has all the details you need about using the "Freezer Convert" feature that allows you to use the top section of this model as either a freezer, additional refrigerator space, or even have it turned off to use as storage space. ^Jecca
