QuestionWould it be stupid to get this when it doesn't support G-Sync when I have an NVIDIA GTX 1070? Should I get the Asus PG348Q that does support G-Sync instead?

- Answer I used to have predator x34 , IPS panels are horrible with their glow and back light bleed, not a pleasant experience. I recommend this Samsung over any other, no bleed, no it's glow, do I miss gsync ? No. as long as you enable fast sync on Nvidia control panel you'll be good no tear, n you get smooth gameplay as long as you have a powerful PC. My specs cpu 5820k n GTX 1080 :)

- Answer Not a lot of border around the image. Viewable area is: 31 7/8 inches wide 13 inches tall

QuestionWhere can I buy the bracket for wall mounting? I bought this monitor used in the guys tried to tell me it didn’t come with a bracket and now I have a wall mounts and no way of mounting it and this is a present for my son.

QuestionI'm wondering how high you can adjust the display on the stand. At the highest setting, would it be possible to place a 15" Macbook Pro underneath it (with the laptop opened up obviously)?

- Answer No but you can take it off of the stand and mount it to the wall or on an arm that connects to your desk or wall. It comes with a mounting plate so it mounts very easy with four screws.

Questionwhat mount do you recommend if you need to angle the monitor. I need to angle and move the monitor out 4 inches so monitor is closer to me. The stock wall mount only does vertical. and tilt. I need more adjustability.

- Answer It comes with a vesa mount attachment. You can use any mount that can support the weight. I like human scale ergo mounts.

- Answer I used 2 hdmi's on my 2016 macbook pro to connect the samsung monitor. It would not work with a 2015 macbook air because of the inability to have 3 screens, including the laptop. I would suggest to buy it and return within 14 days if it doesn't, the apple store suggested the same. Since I wanted my laptop lid closed while the two screens worked, side by side. I had no issues and am happy with my purchase. I hope you find the same.

- Answer It has 2 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort connections. I believe you will need a Thunderbolt to HDMI (or Displayport) adapter. Keep in mind the newer Mac Pros support 5K resolution, which this monitor does not have. It is a great gaming monitor, fantastic colors. I prefer it over my 28" 4K monitor.

- Answer No it does not have split screen software like the LG. You'll have to download 3rd party software like Displayfusion which works well.
