“Does this come with separate grates or one large one? How easy / difficult is it to clean?”

• 3 separate grates...cast iron, so heavy, but they're small enough to lift easily and clean under. The stainless layer is easy to clean...it will show streaks like any stainless. The burners are easy to remove to clean around / under, and the knobs come off easily to clean under.

• Kelly, There are 3 separate grates and a removable griddle top. They are reasonable to clean.
