• A:Answer sounds to me like its broken, when ours was plugged in the service man set it all up and told us everything about it, it was cooling off with in a few hrs fridge went down to 37degrees and freezer 0 degrees, took about a full 24 hrs to make ice constanly, go to the store you bought it from and talk to customer service, seriously go in person don't call

They switched mine out completely because something was broken in the water filter area of my first one. It leaked water all over my kitchen floor so they sent guts out to look at it and they scheduled me for an exchange.
