The 36” requires a 50A breaker, and hardwired to the circuit. No plug.

As per checking, A 3-wire or 4-wire, single-phase, 208 or 240 volts AC, 60-Hz, the power supply is required on a dedicated double pole circuit breaker of at least 40 amps for the 30" cooktop, and of at least 45 amps for the 36" cooktop.
