    • Answer Availability is a horror story! The only thing you can bank on is when you’re given a delivery date, it will be changed. And, most likely Best Buy won’t notify you. This is what happened to me. I took a vacation day and hired two installers to be on hand only for the delivery never to show up! Unfortunately this happened twice for me as I was ABSOLUTELY promised delivery the second time after it happened the first time. I was told Best Buy often makes promises and schedules delivery when there is no chance that the appliance will be available just to get the sale.

  • QuestionI want to install this hood between two cabinets with exactly 36 inches between them. The current hood I have is 35.5 inches. Will there be trouble installing this 36 inch hood in the exact 36 inch space?

As per checking, the range hood should be a minimum of 30" (76.2 cm) above the cooking surface.
