• There is a locking screw under the stand. It will release the monitor from the pedestal and allow for a small wall mount.

• It’s definitely possible, but I accidentally assembled it out of order and tried to undo connecting the neck piece from the monitor and it wasn’t easy. It took effort. Definitely possible though

• I believe you don't have to remove the stand if you buy it new in the box. It comes in two pieces
