Thanks for the question. The Power Foam feature in your WF405 washer helps to dissolve the detergent quickly so it penetrates fabrics much faster and more thoroughly than traditional methods. Because of this, it's likely that the foam is being absorbed as it comes in contact with the garments. In addition, the drums in Samsung front load washers tilt toward the back, so there is likely somewhat more water in the washer than you realize. These factors, combined with the fact that high efficiency washers are designed to use less water than traditional top loaders and the recommended HE detergents are designed to produce less suds, mean that it's normal for excess suds and water to be virtually invisible. - Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not watched mine do its thing that closely, so I can't tell you if this is normal. High efficiency washers don't have as much suds as the old machines. Besides that, make sure your water valves are fully open. Also, check the hoses for kinks. If you have low water pressure in the house that might effect the water fill level.
