Just got this amazing washer installed yesterday. Samsung 4.0 Cu. Ft (6447500 WA40A3) When it is spinning the washer is really shakin'/rattlin'/rockin' and rollin' throughout the cycle. More so than the 30-year-old washer it just replaced. Is that normal? null

Hi there WasherWoman! While the washer should not be visibly shaking while in use, it's likely an easy fix. In most cases, the washer shaking just means it needs to be levelled properly. Mine does shake on the spin cycle. If it's doing a dance it needs to leveled.
