- Answer Thanks so much for asking, Barlie! If the wash cycle is manually paused, the washer will not automatically restart. To drain the washer after a cycle has been paused, you will need to either restart the cycle or start a new cycle. ^Jecca

Questionis there a soak cycle??

- Answer There isn't a soak cycle button. What I do is set it to normal wash and let the water fill . I then pause the cycle which unlocks the lid and I let the clothes soak . When I'm done I press the start button to resume the cycle.

QuestionDoes this machine actually AGITATE like the old school top loaders? Now a days, these new machines say they agitate but some of the clothes don't even move or get wet! I want my clothes moving around like the older washers!

QuestionIs there any way to turn off the chime on this washer? And if there isn't, where is the speaker so I can muffle it? I need this sound to stop by any means necessary, and if I can't make it stop, I might have to return the washer. It is truly awful.
